A man who dropped his trousers and spat at a traffic warden has been ordered to carry out unpaid work.
Lakdhar Raib, 40, approached the warden in Hounslow High Street on September 14 last year and spat at him as he thought he had given his friend a parking ticket.
Two days later in a similar area he dropped his trousers and grabbed his crotch before yelling abuse at the same traffic warden.
Raib, of Vibia Close, Staines, pleaded guilty to common assault and public disorder and was sentenced at Isleworth Crown Court on Friday.
He was given a 12-month community order and told to complete 40 hours' unpaid work.
Judge Anna Guggenheim, sentencing, said: “This was a piece of very unpleasant, aggressive, threatening behaviour towards somebody who was doing a difficult job, which all too frequently involves dealing with aggressive members of the public.”
